Allita Chaplinskiy, FNP-BC
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Allita Chaplinskiy has been a nurse for almost a decade, with diverse experiences from inpatient, to school nursing, as well as inpatient pediatric psychiatric care and adult critical care. She has worked for entities such as Norfolk Public Schools, Bon Secours, and Sentara Leigh Hospital. As a nurse practitioner, she has provided care for countless patients at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) Internal Medicine's clinic since February 2024. She has successfully completed training in family planning (Nexplanon, and IUD placement and extraction), tele-health medicine (c-Tier program through Old Dominion University), and has maintained all of her required certifications, and credentials. She is passionate about patient education. Her favorite topics are, lifestyle transformation, weight management, and the role of nutrition in improvement of health.
Doctor Pedro D. Hasas
Collaborating Physician
Doctor Pedro Hasas has more than 30 years of experience in Internal Medicine. He completed his medical education at Universidad Central del Este Escuela de Medicina in 1985. He has completed residencies in New York, and Eastern Virginia Medical School, Virginia. He is specialized in Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics. He has successfully run a private practice since 1995. Currently, Doctor Hasas is rendering services as a civil surgeon for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). At Ally C., NP Family Health - PLLC, Dr. Hasas is the collaborating physician, which means he is available to our provider, board-certified NP Ally for consultation in complex or dubious cases.

Office Manager
Zayda Barros has a diversified background that has come of utmost importance to implementing all of the the necessary requisites to allow Ally C NP Family Health - PLLC to become an established primary care clinic. She is an incredibly valued asset to our team. Mrs. Barros is responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our providers, our staff and, most importantly, our patients.
